Ingredients
- 1 Sachet Simply Delish Butterscotch Pudding
- 1 cup crushed Goodie Girl Double Stuffed Chocolate Sandwich Cookies plus more for topping
- 3 cups heavy whipping cream or coconut cream for vegan option
- Chocolate sauce
- Caramel sauce
- Whipped cream regular or dairy free
Instructions
- Add the heavy whipping cream/coconut cream along with the sachet of butterscotch pudding mix to a mixing bowl. Whip on high for 2 minutes until fluffy and combined.3 cups heavy whipping cream or coconut cream for vegan option, 1 Sachet Simply Delish Butterscotch Pudding

- Transfer the mixture into a loaf tin or other freezer container. Top with more crushed chocolate cookies and a drizzle of caramel sauce.Caramel sauce
- Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours to set.
