- 1 package Birch Bender's keto-friendly chocolate cake mix
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup water
- ⅓ cup oil
- 1 container Birch Benders keto-friendly chocolate frosting
- 1 sachet Simply Delish Chocolate Pudding
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 can sugar-free cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Start by preheating your oven to 350° Fahrenheit, and grease 2 6” cake pans well. I use lard to grease my pans.
- Make cake batter according to the package directions, using 3 eggs, 1/2 cup of water, and 1/3 cup of oil, but instead of baking in one pan, divide between 2 6” pans. I baked my cakes for approximately 22 minutes, but remember that oven temps vary. Allow cakes to cool.
- While cakes are cooling make your creamy, chocolate pudding layer. Simply add one package of Simply Delish Instant Chocolate Pudding mix, 1 cup of heavy cream, and ½ cup of unsweetened almond milk to a bowl and mix on medium speed for approximately 2 minutes.
- Now it's time to build your cake. You'll want to have everything; pudding, frosting, and cherries divided into 2 equal portions before starting. It just makes it easier.
- Start with one of your cake layered, add ½ of the pudding, and smooth. Next, make your chocolate by heating ½ of the frosting in the microwave for approximately 10 seconds. It heats quick! You want the frosting to be thick but pourable. Pour on the ganache and spread evenly, and allow to run down the sides if desired. Next up is your cherry layer! Repeat...and ENJOY!
Minty Mocha Chocolate Donuts
Ingredients
- 1½ cups organic heavy cream
- 1 sachet Simply Delish Chocolate Pudding
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup granulated sweetener
- ¼ cup chocolate protein powder
- ¼ cup black cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp instant espresso
- 4 drops One on One Flavors' Mint
- pinch salt

- 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- ½ cup sugar-free white chocolate mint chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease your donut pan.
- Blend heavy cream and pudding with hand mixer. This will be thick but will loosen up when you add the eggs.
- Add eggs one at a time blending well with each addition.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
- Spoon into donut pan/mold and bake for 17 minutes. These will rise up slightly over the pan but will deflate some as they cool.
- Cool completely and prepare toppings.
- Melt in microwave chocolate and oil. I do this in 15 second increments until melted and smooth. Pour chocolate over donuts and spread smooth.
- Melt white choclate an oil in the same manner. Drizzle over donuts.
- Toss some white chips in some green luster dust and chopped finely. Sprinkle these over half the donut for a beautiful and delicious textural contrast.
Keto + Sugar-Free Chocolate Pudding Pie with a Brownie Crust

- 1 packet Simply Delish Chocolate Pudding
- 1¼ cup almond milk
Crust
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup Lakanto powdered sugar monkfruit sweetener
- 1½ cup almond flour
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- ¼ cup butter solid
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Lakanto monkfruit sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Start with your pudding first! Whip your Simply Delish Instant Pudding powder and almond milk until it doubles in size and takes on pudding consistency.
- Then place your pudding in the fridge while you start to make the brownie crust.
- Put all of your ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk. Make sure the butter is well incorporated.
- The dough should be crumbly.
- Using your hands spread out the dough in your dish.
- Bake for 15 min or until set.
- Once that is done let it cool for a bit and then start making your whip cream topping.
- In another bowl whip your cream and sugar. Then add in your vanilla until your mixture forms stiff peaks!

- 1 cup gluten-free baking powder
- ½ cup vegan cocoa

- 2 egg whites or 1 flax egg
- 2 tsp liquid stevia
- 1 tsp vanilla

- Preheat the oven to 350°F, line a loaf pan.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.

- 1 pinch salt
- 1 flax egg 1 tbsp ground flax & 3 tbsp water, let thicken for 10-15 min

- Preheat oven 350°F.
- Mix crust ingredients to form a dough. If too sticky, add more flour and if too dry add some warm water or more syrup.
