Ingredients
- 1 packet Simply Delish Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 cup quick rolled oats
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup sugar free chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp agave or honey optional
- 3-4 tbsp water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl using a rubber spatula.1 packet Simply Delish Chocolate Protein Powder, 1 cup quick rolled oats, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips, 3 tbsp agave or honey, 3-4 tbsp water
- Use an ice cream scoop to divide the mixture into even sized portions and use your hands to roll into 1-1½ inch balls.
- Place in the fridge for 20 min to chill then enjoy!
- Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to a week.
