Ingredients

  • 1 packet Simply Delish Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 cup quick rolled oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup sugar free chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp agave or honey optional
  • 3-4 tbsp water

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl using a rubber spatula.
    1 packet Simply Delish Chocolate Protein Powder, 1 cup quick rolled oats, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips, 3 tbsp agave or honey, 3-4 tbsp water
  • Use an ice cream scoop to divide the mixture into even sized portions and use your hands to roll into 1-1½ inch balls.
  • Place in the fridge for 20 min to chill then enjoy!
  • Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to a week.
