Ingredients

For the chocolate base

  • 1 block cream cheese
  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
  • 2 tbsp Simply Delish Orange Jel
  • 4 tbsp stevia

Cover

  • Granulated alullose

Instructions

  • Mix the ingredients for the cheesecake bites very well using a hand mixer.
    1 block cream cheese, 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, 1 scoop vanilla whey protein, 2 tbsp Simply Delish Orange Jel, 4 tbsp stevia
  • Refrigerate a few minutes.
  • Create 12 bites.
  • Cover them with alullose.
    Granulated alullose
