Ingredients
For the chocolate base
- 1 block cream cheese
- ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
- 2 tbsp Simply Delish Orange Jel
- 4 tbsp stevia
Cover
- Granulated alullose
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients for the cheesecake bites very well using a hand mixer.1 block cream cheese, 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, 1 scoop vanilla whey protein, 2 tbsp Simply Delish Orange Jel, 4 tbsp stevia
- Refrigerate a few minutes.
- Create 12 bites.
- Cover them with alullose.Granulated alullose
- Enjoy!
