@Frank Mosher ~ One can find sugar-free dark or white chocolate in several places; grocery stores (located with the regular chocolate chips in the baking supplies aisle), online @Amazon, ChocZero, Lilly’s, BakeBelieve, & several others~ simply do a search for “sugar-free chocolate”. It is also obtained by making your own homemade sugar-free chocolate, for which there are many recipes available online as well. *Also, there is an ice cream recipe here on this site, under “Recipes”. You can process in your ice cream machine, or freeze the way the recipe suggests. The “Simply Delish Raspberry Jel” is also available for sale on this website as well as Amazon. Happy creating!
