Vegan Chocolate Chia Pudding Cups

Ingredients
- 1 Box Simply Delish Chocolate Pudding
- 2 Cups Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- ½ Cup Chia seeds
- 1 Cup Vegan vanilla yogurt
- Fresh raspberries for topping
Instructions
- Whisk together almond milk and pudding mix in a bowl.2 Cups Unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 Box Simply Delish Chocolate Pudding
- Add in chia seeds and whisk again.1/2 Cup Chia seeds
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until the chia seeds are fully absorbed and pudding has thickened. Whisk the mixture halfway to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
- To serve, fill a cup/glass halfway with dairy free yogurt. Then fill the other half with chocolate chia pudding and top with a fresh raspberry.Fresh raspberries for topping, 1 Cup Vegan vanilla yogurt
