Ingredients
- 1 mini seedless watermelon
- 1 Sachet Simply Delish Vanilla Pudding
- 2 cups whole milk or 1 1/4 cup milk alternative
- 1 cup blueberries
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- Optional: Red & Blue sprinkles
Instructions
- Start by cutting the watermelon into 1 inch rounds.1 mini seedless watermelon
- Make the Simply Delish Vanilla Pudding according to box instructions using milk.1 Sachet Simply Delish Vanilla Pudding, 2 cups whole milk
- Spoon a layer of pudding onto each watermelon round.
- Top with blueberries, cranberries, & sprinkles.1 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup dried cranberries, Optional: Red & Blue sprinkles
- Slice into triangles & enjoy immediately
