Ingredients

  • 1 packet Simply Delish Vanilla Pudding
  • cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup pumpkin purée
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp granular erythritol

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients listed above with a hand held electric mixer for two minutes.
  • Divide the mix into 3-4 ramekins, depending on their size.
  • Top each ramekin with granular erythritol for caramelization.
  • Then, place the ramekins on a baking sheet and broiler them for about 5 minutes. The top gets a beautiful crunchy texture and the inside is sooo good and perfect for fall.

  • 1 cup gluten-free granola of choice we recommend @julianbakery pro granola vanilla cluster

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, maple syrup and powdered sugar.
  • In a different bowl, mix together Simply Delish Instant Vanilla Pudding and Nutpod creamer.
  • First, add a layer of pumpkin pie, then the pudding layer, followed by a layer of granola.
  • Repeat layering those ingredients until the serving cup or bowl is full!

  • Following the mixing instructions for both the Peach Jel and the Orange Jel. Mix together the two flavor in separate bowls.
  • Layer the Peach jel first, then add the Orange jel in your serving dish.
  • Allow the Jel to cool to room temperature.
  • Once cooled, put the Jel into the refrigerator and allow to set for 60 mins.
  • Once set, top with your favorite sugar-free whipped cream.
