Equipment

  • 13x9-in dish
  • stand mixer

Ingredients

  • 1 package cream-filled vanilla sandwich cookies, crushed (16 ounces)
  • ½ cup butter (melted)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar (sugar free or regular)
  • 12 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 box Simply Delish Butterscotch Pudding

Instructions

  • Set aside 1 cup cookie crumbs for topping. In a small bowl, combine remaining cookie crumbs and butter. Press into a greased 13x9-in dish.

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Fold in 1-1/2 cups whipped topping. Spread 1/2 of this over crust.
    8 ounces cream cheese, softened, 1 cup confectioners' sugar, 12 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
  • Any stand mixer, make butterscotch pudding according to box instructions using milk. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set.
    1 box Simply Delish Butterscotch Pudding, 2 cups whole milk
  • Then spread on top of first cream cheese layer. Spoon on remaining cream cheese layer.
  • Top with plain whipped topping, Sprinkle with reserved crumbs, Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Cut into squares and serve!
