- Silicone molds
Ingredients
Cheesecake Filling
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp Swerve confectionary sugar
- 1 packet Simply Delish Black Cherry Jel
Chocolate Coating
- ½ cup ChocZero milk chocolate chip
Instructions
- Melt ChocZero milk chocolate chips in a lined silicone mold with the chocolate. Place in the freezer so they harden while you make the cheesecake filling.
- Mix all of the cheesecake filling ingredients in a stand mixer until well combined. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as necessary. ⠀
- Pull chocolate molds out of the freezer and spoon the cheesecake filling into each one.
- Freeze for 20 mins. Then top each with a bit more melted chocolate and freeze for at least an hour. Keep chilled before eating. ⠀
- Also made a few extras in little heart molds with the same melted chocolate and black cherry cheesecake filling. Just a small layer of each in each heart mold.
