Ingredients

  • ½ Sachet Simply Delish Butterscotch Pudding
  • 1 box Fitbake keto classic fudge brownie mix
  • 1 container Fitbake keto classic cream cheese frosting
  • ½ cup two good vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • Optional: sugar free caramel sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a muffin tin with nonstick spray
  • Make the brownie mix according to box instructions using yogurt, 2 eggs, and melted butter
    1 box Fitbake keto classic fudge brownie mix, ½ cup two good vanilla Greek yogurt, 4 eggs, 3 tbsp melted butter
  • Whip together the cream cheese frosting, remaining 2 eggs, and Simply Delish Butterscotch Pudding mix until smooth.
    1 container Fitbake keto classic cream cheese frosting, ½ Sachet Simply Delish Butterscotch Pudding
  • Scoop the brownie mix into the muffin tin to fill each cup ¾ of the way. Top each one with a dollop of butterscotch cream cheese mixture and swirl with a toothpick.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes. Remove and let cool before serving.
  • Optional: drizzle with sugar free caramel sauce or serve with keto ice cream!
