Ingredients

Mini Cupcakes

  • @ketoandco chocolate cake mix
  • 1 tbsp extra of butter (additional on top of cake instructions)
  • 1 dropper @oooflavors burnt caramel flavoring

Burnt Caramel Latte Frosting

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream⠀
  • 1 scoop @marigoldbars protein coffee⠀
  • ½ cup @swervesweetie powdered sweetener⠀
  • ½ dropper @oooflavors burnt caramel flavoring
  • ½ box Simply Delish Vanilla Pudding

Topping

  • @choczero keto cookie spread

Instructions

Mini Cupcakes

  • First I just made a @ketoandco chocolate cake mix, per instructions, but I added an extra tbsp of butter and a dropper of @oooflavors burnt caramel flavoring.

  • I baked it into mini cupcakes in a mini muffin tin.
  • Bake for 18 minutes at 350°F

Burnt Caramel Latte Frosting

  • Dissolve the protein coffee in the heavy whipping cream and set aside.
    1 scoop @marigoldbars protein coffee⠀, 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream⠀
  • Whip the softened cream cheese and then add all the other ingredients and whip until fluffy.
    8 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup @swervesweetie powdered sweetener⠀, 1/2 box Simply Delish Vanilla Pudding, 1/2 dropper @oooflavors burnt caramel flavoring
  • Pipe frosting onto each cupcake and then pipe a smaller bit of @choczero keto cookie spread on the top!
