Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Tarts
Do you know what goes best with chocolate? Peanut butter! We'd call that winning combination. So when you take these two amazing flavors and put them together into a delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Tart, you have this marvelous recipe. While this recipe is tasty, it's also low-carb. From the crispy peanut butter crust to the creamy chocolate center, these personal tarts are so tasty!

Ingredients
- 1 bag Good Dee's Peanut Butter Cookie Mix
- 1½ cups Lily's Sweet salted caramel chocolate chips
- 1 packet Simply Delish Chocolate Pudding
- 1 bag Good Dee's Brownie mix
- 4 eggs
- ⅓ cup coconut oil, plus 3 tablespoons melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Mix the Good Dee's peanut butter cookie mix with one egg, and ⅓ cup and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Add the cookie mix and press into each individual tart mold.
- Bake for about 12 minutes until golden. Allow the tarts to cool.
- Melt the Lily's Sweets salted caramel chocolate chips and add to the cooled tarts.
- Mix and bake the Good Dee's brownies as instructed.
- Bake for about 20 minutes.
- While the brownies are baking, mix the Simply Delish Instant Chocolate Pudding as instructed
- Add the Simply Delish Instant Chocolate pudding to each tart.
- Once the brownies are done cooking, take half of the cooked brownies and crumple on to of the pudding.
- Serve and enjoy.
