Equipment

  • parchment lined small loaf/baking pan

Ingredients

Crust

  • ¾ cup oat flour⁣
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 flax egg  (1 tbsp ground flax & 3 tbsp water, let thicken for 10-15 minutes)⁣

Filling

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix crust ingredients to form a dough. If too sticky, add more flour and if too dry add some warm water or more syrup. ⁣⁣
    3/4 cup oat flour⁣, 2 tbsp maple syrup, Pinch salt, 1 flax egg
  • Press into a parchment lined small loaf/baking pan & bake for 12-15 minutes. Make Simply Delish Chocolate Pudding according to directions. ⁣
    1 box Simply Delish Chocolate Pudding, 1 1/4 cup milk or non-dairy milk subsitute
  • Once crust has cooled for about 20 min, spread pudding on top & top with crushed candy canes.
    Crushed candy canes or mints to top⁣⁣
  • Place in the freezer until set (at least 4 hours). Let thaw slightly, slice and enjoy.⁣
