Cinnamon Raisin Bread Pudding

Ingredients
- ½ loaf Food For Life Ezekiel 4:9 Cinnamon Raisin Bread
- 1 Sachet Simply Delish Vanilla Pudding
- 3 cups Milk
- 4 eggs
- Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Melted Butter
- Whipped Cream of choice dairy free, sugar free, etc.
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a baking pan with nonstick spray.
- Break the bread into large chunks and place in the baking pan
- First, whisk the eggs until light and frothy then add in milk, cinnamon, and pudding mix. Whisk again until combined.
- Pour melted butter over the bread and half of the Simply Delish Vanilla Pudding mix.
- Push down the bread with a spatula, then pour over the remaining pudding custard.
- Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes
- Cut into squares to serve and top with whip cream and enjoy!
