Strawberry Shortcake
This easy to make strawberry short cake recipe features fresh strawberries and Simply Delish Strawberry Pudding!

Ingredients
- 5 cups pound cake home made or store bought
- 1 packet Simply Delish Strawberry Pudding
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 500 ml heavy cream
- 1 lb fresh strawberries
- mint for garnish
Instructions
- With an electric mixer, whip the heavy cream, vanilla extract and the envelope of Simply Delish pudding until soft peaks are formed in the cream.
To Assemble
- Start by adding pound cake into the bottom of the glasses.
- Next layer on cream mixture and strawberries evenly to each jar.
- Repeat, finishing with strawberries on top.
- Garnish with fresh mint.
