Tooty Fruity French Toast Stack

Ingredients
- ½ cup liquid egg whites
- ¼ cup cashew milk
- splash vanilla extract
- 22 grams Fruity Pebble Cearal
- ¾ cup non fat Greek yogurt
- 1 packet Simply Delish Strawberry Pudding
- 4 slices 647 bread
- ¼ cup sugar-free pancake syrup
- 10 grams whipped cream or Reddiwip
Instructions
- In a bowl combine the egg whites, cashew milk & vanilla.
- In a separate bowl place the fruity pebbles in.
- Dip the bread in the egg mixture then the cereal mixture ( I only did one side of cereal until the last slice, wanted to make sure I had enough).
- Spray pan and cook until golden.
- Mix up the yogurt and Simply Delish Strawberry Pudding, and slab between the slices and top with remaining yogurt, whipped cream and drizzle some pancake syrup!
