Vegan Chocolate Pie - No Tofu!

No tofu is needed for this vegan chocolate pie recipe. This easy recipe calls for only 4 ingredients and takes approximately 35 minutes to create. With the flaky vegan pie crust along with the luscious chocolate pie filling, you'll love this pie recipe.

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk together pudding mix and cashew milk until evenly incorporated and put in the fridge to set.
  • Unfold one package of pie dough and lay in a pie pan. Bake until golden brown (12-15 min). Let cool completely.
  • Take out pudding mixture and fold in the 1/2 tub of lite coconut whip until well mixed and place back in fridge to set.
  • As ingredients are chilling, roll out the remaining package of pie dough and make creative shapes or a lattice top for your pie. Be creative!
  • Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes and then leave to cool.
  • Finally, add the pudding mix to the chilled pie shell and add your creative decor on top!
  • Kick back and enjoy the best part – EATING THAT DELICIOUS PIE.
