- 8 sheets graham crackers 126g
- granulated swerve sweetener 56g
- butter, melted 56g
Filling
- 1 box Simply Delish Lime Jel
- 1 box Simply Delish Unflavored Jel
- 1 cup 0% Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp vanilla crème liquid stevia
- ½ lime (Juice and rind from ½ lime)
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 8 oz container Lite Cool Whip
Instructions
- ➀ Combine graham crackers, sugar and melted butter. Pulse the graham crackers in your food processor then blend the remaining two ingredients until everything is evenly moistened. - ➂ Pour chilled mixture onto cooled crust and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- ➃ Top with shooshes of redi whip and additional grated rind for color!
- ➄ Once assembled, pie is best consumed within a couple days, but if you want to prep ahead, the filling will stay good in the fridge for up to 5 days!
