Equipment

  • Ice Cream Maker

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered erythritol 
  • 1 tsp Simply Delish Lime Jel
  • zest of 1 lime
  • zest of 1 orange
  • 2 tbsp (or more....) tequila your choice
  • ½ cup lime juice  

Instructions

  • In a blender, blend together all of the listed ingredients.
  • Once fulled blended, put in your ice cream maker for 30 minutes .
  • No ice cream maker? No problemo! Put in a loaf pan and place in your freezer for 8 hours.
