Ingredients

  • ½ lb raw shrimp
  • 1 sachet Simply Delish Peach Jel
  • ¼ cup The Dirty South BBQ - Spicy Garlic rub
  • coconut oil to spray the shrimp

Instructions

  • Prepare shrimp by deveining, and removing the tails.
  • Then, coat the shrimp by spraying it with coconut oil or cooking oil of your choice.
  • Liberally, season the shrimp with Spicy Garlic + Peach Jel unril covered.
  • Grill on low for 2 minutes on each side. Grilling on low is imperative here as the Jel will burn quickly!
  • Create your own tacos with your favorite fixings! This recipe called for jicama tacos, red ions, and sprouts.
