Keto Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Equipment
- food processor
- 8x8 dish
Ingredients
Bottom Layer
- 1 cup @nutrailofficial glazed pecans
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- ¼ cup almound flour
Middle Layer
- 4 oz softened cream cheese
- ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup sweetener replacement
- 1 tsp vanilla
Top Layer
- ⅓ cup cold water
- 1 box Simply Delish Strawberry Jel
- 1 ⅓ cup boiling water (make sure it's hot!)
Instructions
Bottom Layer
- Pulse glazed pecans in a food processor and mix with melted butter and almond flour.1 cup @nutrailofficial glazed pecans, 2 tbsp melted butter, 1/4 cup almound flour
- Press into an 8x8 dish and bake at 375° F for 10 minutes.
Middle Layer
- While bottom is cooling, mix the middle layer ingredients.4 oz softened cream cheese, 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream, 1/2 cup sweetener replacement, 1 tsp vanilla
- Once bottom is cooled add middle layer. Let sit in the fridge.
Top Layer
- Prepare the Simply Delish Jel.1/3 cup cold water
- Once the Jel comes to room temperature, pour over cream the cheese middle layer.1 box Simply Delish Strawberry Jel
- Let refrigerate for about 2 hours. Slice and enjoy!1 1/3 cup boiling water
