Me and my girls are having all the Valentine's Day vibes over here, so we took our dessert to the next level with this deliciousness!
𝙎𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙮 𝘿𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙝 is the star of this show with their raspberry sugar-free jel. By pairing it with whipped cream and raspberries, we made the perfect parfait. The tart-to-sweetness ratio is perfect.

Ingredients
- 1 sachet Simply delish raspberry jel
- Whipped cream
- Fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Prepare raspberry jel as instructed on the package.
- Pour jel into silicone molds (I used 6 large half round molds), and let jel set in fridge for about 3 hours.
- Once the jel is firm, layer in a dessert cup with raspberries and whipped cream.
- Top with more raspberries, if desired.
