Ingredients
Jel Dessert
- ½ packet Simply Delish Raspberry Jel
- ½ packet Simply Delish Peach Jel save the other half of the packet for the whipped peach frosting
Whipped Peach Frosting
- ½ packet Simply Delish Peach Jel
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar-substitute
- 8 drops One on One Flavors toasted coconut
- 1 pinch xanthan gum
Instructions
Jel Dessert
- Prepare half packet of Peach Jel as instructed first. Layered at the bottom and let set.
- Then do the same with the raspberry flavor, pouring it over the set peach.
Peach Whipping Cream
- With the other half of the peach packet, prepare whipped topping.
- Whip heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar substitute.
- Add One on One Flavors toasted coconut, and a pinch of xanthan gum.
Assemble
- Once Jel is fully set, piper the whipped peach coconut topping on top and sprinkle with fresh raspberries and toasted unsweetened coconut!
