Ingredients

  • 1 box Simply Delish Strawberry Jel
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup oat milk (hot)
  • 16 mini keto cookies
  • 2 tbsp low carb hazelnut spread

Instructions

  • Blend the coconut cream, oat milk and Strawberry Jel dessert.
    1 cup coconut cream, 1 cup oat milk, 1 box Simply Delish Strawberry Jel
  • Pour into a silicone loaf dish and add 8 keto cookies.
    16 mini keto cookies
  • Freeze overnight, and then top with hazelnut spread and more keto cookies.
    2 tbsp low carb hazelnut spread
