Tres Leches Strawberry & Peach Pudding French Toast

Ingredients
French Toast
- 4 slices low carb bread
- ½ cup egg whites
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- 5 packs of stevia
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Tres Leches
- 1 cup hot almond milk
- 2 tbsp coconut milk powder
- 1 tbsp Simply Delish Peach Jel
- ¼ cup chopped strawberries (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 350F.
- Mix the egg whites, almond milk, stevia and vanilla.1/2 cup egg whites, 3 tbsp almond milk, 5 packs of stevia, 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Soak each bread and stack them in a baking dish.4 slices low carb bread
- Bake for 18 minutes.
- Mix the ingredients for the tres leches.1 cup hot almond milk, 2 tbsp coconut milk powder, 1 tbsp Simply Delish Peach Jel, 1/4 cup chopped strawberries
- Create some holes in the baked french toast using fork and top with the tres leches mix.
- Serve and enjoy!
