Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 1 Sachet Simply Delish Frosting (chocolate)
- ½ Cup either whole milk or soy milk
- 2tbsp softened butter Optional
- 1 Container Single serve chocolate mug cake mix
- Paper cupcake liners
- Rainbow sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- Make store bought mug cake mix according to box instructions (most only require water)1 Container Single serve chocolate mug cake mix
- Place 2 cupcake liners into two separate microwave save cupsPaper cupcake liners
- Fill the cupcake liners ½ way with the mug cake batter and microwave according to box instructions.
- Flip out of the cups and let cool.
- To make the frosting, whip your milk of choice with the Simply Delish Chocolate frosting mix in a stand mixer until smooth and fully combined. Add in butter for an extra creamy frosting.1 Sachet Simply Delish Frosting, ½ Cup either whole milk or soy milk, 2tbsp softened butter
- Pipe the frosting on top of your cupcakes and top with rainbow sprinkles to serve!Rainbow sprinkles for topping
