heavy whipping cream
Mug Cake

flour
▢

monk fruit

unsweetened cocoa powder

baking powder

Dash of salt
▢

milk of choice

canola oil or butter

vanilla extract

chocolate chips
Instructions
Combine all mug cake ingredients in a small ramekin.
3 tbsp flour,
2 tbsp monk fruit,
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder,
1/4 tsp baking powder,
Dash of salt,
3 tbsp milk of choice,
1 tbsp canola oil or butter,
1/8 tsp vanilla extract,
1 tbsp chocolate chips
Microwave for 70-90 seconds
Let cool and make the frosting
Combine frosting ingredients in a stand mixer and whip on high until fluffy
1 Sachet Simply Delish Chocolate Frosting Mix,
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Transfer to a piping bag and turn out mini cake onto a plate. Frost the mini cake and top with berry and powdered sugar to finish.
