Ingredients
- 1 Sachet Simply Delish Lemon Pudding
- 2 Cups milk or 1 1/4 cup non dairy milk
- ½ Cup granola
- Fresh strawberries cut in half for topping
- Lemon zest
Instructions
- Make the Simply Delish Lemon Pudding according to mix instructions using milk of choice in a stand mixer1 Sachet Simply Delish Lemon Pudding, 2 Cups milk or 1 1/4 cup non dairy milk
- Layer parfaits starting with granola and then pipe lemon pudding on top1/2 Cup granola
