Delicious! I made it with cashew milk and it tastes just as good as the full sugar, real dairy stuff. Mixed in a spoonful of crunchy peanut butter and it was even better! Would make a fantastic pie filling!!

I was following a recipe for a lower carb banana bread (made with almond flour and monk fruit sweetener) but I was short one egg and one banana. On a whim, I added a box of this pudding mix and about half a cup of non-dairy milk to the batter instead. It is seriously the best banana bread I've ever made - hubby agrees!! Making it this way from now on!

I have been ordering online because Simply Delish is fantastic! I noticed a couple weeks ago that our local grocery store started carrying one flavor, so hopeful they add more!!

I think this pudding tastes great, particularly if you put it into a pre-made pie crust shell (graham or oreo) and add a little Redi-Whip! The taste is very good considering it is sugar free! You do have to mix it very well so you do not get lumpy or speckled pudding...it is chocolately enough for me! I have bought this numerous times now!

Better value than ordering elsewhere online, reasonably fast shipping - and most importantly delicious as always.
