Ingredients
- 2 Sachets Simply Delish Unflavored Jel
- ⅔ cup water or vodka
- 2 cups champagne or sparkling wine
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 3 tsp sugar or alternative sweetener
- Whipped cream
- Honey
- Gold sprinkles
- Optional: Edible glitter
Instructions
- Dissolve the Simply Delish Unflavored Jel in the cold water or vodka and set aside.2 Sachets Simply Delish Unflavored Jel, 2/3 cup water or vodka
- Dip the rims of your serving shot glasses into honey and gold glitter.Honey, Gold sprinkles
- Add champagne, sweetener, lemon juice and optional edible glitter to a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk and bring to a boil. Turn of heat and transfer to a heat safe measuring cup.2 cups champagne or sparkling wine, Juice of 1/2 lemon, 3 tsp sugar or alternative sweetener, Optional: Edible glitter
- Pour the champagne jello into your serving cups. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
- Remove from fridge and top with whipped cream, more sprinkles and a sparkler toothpick decoration to serve.Whipped cream, Gold sprinkles
