Ingredients
- 3 cups Frozen Berries
- 1 Sachet Simply Delish Strawberry Jel
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- ½ cup Almond
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- ½ cup Unsweetened Coconut
- ¼ cup Sugar-Free Sweetener
- ½ cup Coconut Oil
- Whipped Cream of choice dairy free, sugar free, etc.
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F
- Mix together the berry filling ingredients and divide them evenly between three individual pie baking dishes or 1 large dish
- Place in the oven to bake for 10 min
- Mix together all the topping ingredients, except for the whipped cream
- Spoon the crumble topping onto the berry cobbler and place back in the oven to bake for another 20 minutes or until it is golden brown
- Remove and let cool before serving. Top with whipped cream to enjoy.
