Ingredients

  • 3 cups Frozen Berries
  • 1 Sachet Simply Delish Strawberry Jel
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • ½ cup Almond
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Coconut
  • ¼ cup Sugar-Free Sweetener
  • ½ cup Coconut Oil
  • Whipped Cream of choice dairy free, sugar free, etc.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F
  • Mix together the berry filling ingredients and divide them evenly between three individual pie baking dishes or 1 large dish
  • Place in the oven to bake for 10 min
  • Mix together all the topping ingredients, except for the whipped cream
  • Spoon the crumble topping onto the berry cobbler and place back in the oven to bake for another 20 minutes or until it is golden brown
  • Remove and let cool before serving. Top with whipped cream to enjoy.
