Ingredients
Base
- 1 cup low carb pancake mix
- ⅓ cup egg whites
Caramel Pudding Mix
- 2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 box Simply Delish Vanilla Pudding
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp keto caramel syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup alullose
Toppings
- 2 bars low carb chocolate (used one of milk and one dark)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 350F°.
- Mix the ingredients for the base.1 cup low carb pancake mix, 1/3 cup egg whites
- Spread the mix in a silicone 8x8 dish.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes.
- Mix all the ingredients for the caramel pudding mix.2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 box Simply Delish Vanilla Pudding, 2 tbsp instant coffee, 2 tbsp keto caramel syrup, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/3 cup alullose
- Spread on top of the base already baked and cooled.
- Cut into 9 pieces.
- Melt carefully the chocolate and drizzle on top of the bars.2 bars low carb chocolate
