Ingredients

Base

  • 1 cup low carb pancake mix
  • cup egg whites

Caramel Pudding Mix

  • 2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 box Simply Delish Vanilla Pudding
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp keto caramel syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cup alullose

Toppings

  • 2 bars low carb chocolate (used one of milk and one dark)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven at 350F°.
  • Mix the ingredients for the base.
    1 cup low carb pancake mix, 1/3 cup egg whites
  • Spread the mix in a silicone 8x8 dish.
  • Bake for 18-22 minutes.
  • Mix all the ingredients for the caramel pudding mix.
    2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 box Simply Delish Vanilla Pudding, 2 tbsp instant coffee, 2 tbsp keto caramel syrup, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/3 cup alullose
  • Spread on top of the base already baked and cooled.
  • Cut into 9 pieces.
  • Melt carefully the chocolate and drizzle on top of the bars.
    2 bars low carb chocolate
