  • 12 low carb shortbread cookies
  • ¼ cup melted white chocolate (90g)

Instructions

  • Mix the ingredients of the base and transfer into small (individual) loaf containers.
    4 scoops Vanilla Pea Protein, 1 cup water
  • Mix the ingredients for the filling and pour over the base equally.
    1 box Simply Delish Lime Jel, 2 cups Greek yogurt, 1/3 cup allulose
  • Add the cookies on top and freeze overnight.
    12 low carb shortbread cookies
  • Drizzle melted white chocolate wafers, freezer a couple of minutes.
    1/4 cup melted white chocolate
  • Enjoy!
