Ingredients
Base
- 4 scoops Vanilla Pea Protein
- 1 cup water
Filling
- 1 box Simply Delish Lime Jel
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup allulose
Toppings
- 12 low carb shortbread cookies
- ¼ cup melted white chocolate (90g)
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients of the base and transfer into small (individual) loaf containers.4 scoops Vanilla Pea Protein, 1 cup water
- Mix the ingredients for the filling and pour over the base equally.1 box Simply Delish Lime Jel, 2 cups Greek yogurt, 1/3 cup allulose
- Add the cookies on top and freeze overnight.12 low carb shortbread cookies
- Drizzle melted white chocolate wafers, freezer a couple of minutes.1/4 cup melted white chocolate
