Equipment
- silicone loaf dish
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Simply Delish Chocolate Pudding (powder)
- 1 cup almond flour
- ¼ cup alullose
- ¾ cup water
- ¼ cup ground flaxseed
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- ¼ cup vanilla whey protein
- 3 tbsp chopped almonds
- 3 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
- Mix the chocolate pudding mix with flour, flaxseed and alullose in a bowl.2 tbsp Simply Delish Chocolate Pudding, 1 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup alullose, 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- Add the water and pour in a silicone loaf dish.3/4 cup water
- Mix the greek yogurt, whey protein, and pour over the chocolate base.1 cup greek yogurt, 1/4 cup vanilla whey protein
- Top with almonds and coconut.3 tbsp chopped almonds, 3 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- Freeze overnight.
