Ingredients
Base
- ⅓ cup coconut flour
- ⅓ cup egg whites
- ⅓ tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
Pie Filling
- 1 tbsp Simply Delish Black Cherry Jel (powder)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
Toppings
- 5 low carb chocolate cookies
- 1 tbsp white chocolate chips
- 2 cherries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 350F.
- Mix all the dry ingredients for the base in a bowl.1/3 cup coconut flour, 1/3 tsp cinnamon
- Add the wet ingredients and stir well.1/3 cup egg whites, 3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
- Pour into a small baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- Mix the ingredients for the pie filling, top the once baked and cooled base.1 tbsp Simply Delish Black Cherry Jel, 1 cup Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
