Ingredients

Chocolate Frosting

  • 1 Sachet Simply Delish Chocolate Frosting Mix
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Mug Cake

  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp monk fruit
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • Dash of salt
  • 3 tbsp milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp canola oil or butter
  • tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Combine all mug cake ingredients in a small ramekin.
    3 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp monk fruit, 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/4 tsp baking powder, Dash of salt, 3 tbsp milk of choice, 1 tbsp canola oil or butter, 1/8 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp chocolate chips
  • Microwave for 70-90 seconds
  • Let cool and make the frosting
  • Combine frosting ingredients in a stand mixer and whip on high until fluffy
    1 Sachet Simply Delish Chocolate Frosting Mix, 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Transfer to a piping bag and turn out mini cake onto a plate. Frost the mini cake and top with berry and powdered sugar to finish.
  • Enjoy!
