Mini Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
Chocolate Frosting
- 1 Sachet Simply Delish Chocolate Frosting Mix
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Mug Cake
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp monk fruit
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- Dash of salt
- 3 tbsp milk of choice
- 1 tbsp canola oil or butter
- ⅛ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine all mug cake ingredients in a small ramekin.3 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp monk fruit, 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/4 tsp baking powder, Dash of salt, 3 tbsp milk of choice, 1 tbsp canola oil or butter, 1/8 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp chocolate chips
- Microwave for 70-90 seconds
- Let cool and make the frosting
- Combine frosting ingredients in a stand mixer and whip on high until fluffy1 Sachet Simply Delish Chocolate Frosting Mix, 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Transfer to a piping bag and turn out mini cake onto a plate. Frost the mini cake and top with berry and powdered sugar to finish.
