Ingredients
- 3 Peaches chopped
- 3 Jalapeños seeded & chopped
- 1 Box Simply Delish Peach Jel
- 1 ½ cup water
- 2 tbsp sweetener
- Pinch Salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, on medium-low heat, cook the peaches & jalapeños in water until soft (about 10 minutes).3 Peaches, 3 Jalapeños, 1 1/2 cup water
- Use a hand blender or chopper to crush the peaches & jalapeños leaving a few chunks.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for 2 minutes.1 Box Simply Delish Peach Jel, 2 tbsp sweetener, Pinch Salt
- Pour into an air-tight container & let sit until the jam is room temperature, about 30 minutes.
- Seal and store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
