Pumpkin Pudding Cakes

Ingredients
Cake
- 1 yellow cake mix (@pillsbury)
- 1 Box Simply Delish Vanilla Pudding
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups almond milk (@califiafarms)
- ½ cup pumpkin purée
- Cinnamon and pumpkin spice to taste
White Chocolate Ganache
- 6 oz white chocolate @choczero
- ⅔ cup heavy cream
- Sprinkles (sugar free)
Instructions
Cake
- First mix the pudding with almond mix till nice and creamy.1 Box Simply Delish Vanilla Pudding, 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- Then add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.1 yellow cake mix, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, 1/2 cup pumpkin purée, Cinnamon and pumpkin spice to taste
- Put in a cake pan or any silicon muffin molds you have.
- Make sure to spray with release. Bake 350 °F for 12 to 15 minutes. You may need more time if you do it as one big cake.
White Chocolate Ganache
- Heat cream and pour over chocolate.2/3 cup heavy cream, 6 oz white chocolate @choczero
- Let it sit for 5 minutes then mix.
- Spread over your cake or cookies and add sprinkles. Enjoy!Sprinkles
